Dolorez Guerrero, LVN
Hi, I am Dolorez your private practice credentialing specialist and virtual assistant. I have worked in the medical field since 1996 as a CNA, then LVN and as an administrative assistant. I took a "break" from paid work from 2009 to 2019 and quickly realized being a stay-at-home Mom to 3 kids took more work, energy, organization and multi-tasking than some of the jobs I had previously held!
At the end of 2020, my sister-in-law (an LCSW) and I had a conversation in which she shared that she was returning to full-time work as a therapist and that she was being charged $450 per insurance application. I said, "I can do it for free..." well, she hired me, paid me and the rest is history!
I admire and appreciate my sister-n-law's dedication to accepting insurance and seeing people like me, who would not be able to see a therapist without using our insurance benefits. She is passionate about her work and about encouraging other licensed professionals to build their own private practice. We continue to support each other's work. If you are here reading this, then you are also someone like her and I appreciate you as well and your dedication to the field of Mental Health.
